* consistent ordering of component/phase names: x^componentName_phaseName
* consistent use of underline: S_w, p_w, etc.

[test] Update reference of box fracture test after bugfix

The scvf surface area was computed wrongly leading to different results.
This was fixed in commit 0c93a0b3.
