* consistent ordering of component/phase names: x^componentName_phaseName
* consistent use of underline: S_w, p_w, etc.
* change respective data field names in reference solutions

reference solutions had to be updated. Source terms were removed from
the reference.

* change in  richards output - pressure head output only if gravity is defined
* update of reference solutions of all richards tests - needed due to change in the output (pressure head, water content and source values)

- Included tests richardsniconduction and convection test for box and cc
- Fixed unit of thermalconductivitySolid() in all spatial parameters in the test folder from W/m^2 to W/(m K)
