Definition of component in Dumux

The current doc states a component is a 'pure chemical substance', so Air, Brine, Biofilm and any pseudo component wouldn't fulfill the concept -> it probably needs to be extended. I could also think of splitting the component interface into solid (which currently doesn't exist), liquid, and gas related interface, e.g. as in !813 (merged).
