Headercheck fails for facet mpfa localassembler

@DennisGlaeser header check fails for this header: multidomain/facet/cellcentered/mpfa/localassembler.hh

There is a template specialization in there but it doesn't seem to exist anymore. Is this file actually tested anywhere?
