Feature/test facetcoupling xi

Has to wait for !1284 (merged) and !1285 (merged) and adapt the test names/implementations accordingly.

TODO:

• Implement gravity handling for xi != 1.0
• add tests for gravity and various xis

Implementation of gravity handling on surface grids will be done separately at one point towards Milestone 3.1 (see #591 (closed)).
