Ned Coltman requested to merge freeflow/rans_gnuplotoutputfix into master

The gnuplot output in the rans tests displaying the results compared to experimental law of the wall and velocity distribution data has apparently been broken since changes to the free flow output. This updates the gnuplot commands.
