[2p][incompressible] lower dtInitial which harmonizes the timesteps for all compilers

Simon Emmert requested to merge fix/2p-incompressible-oilwet into master

We decided to lower dtInitial because the chosen timestep was quite large and most systems need a lot of iterations and reduced the timestep in the end. With this new timestep I can reproduce the results from gcc 7.3.0 with clang 6.0.0
