Headercheck failed for a few biomin example headers. It still fails for examples/biomineralization/material/co2valueslaboratory.inc, but I'm not sure what to do there.

Also, would these changes mess up the readability? (@hommel? @DennisGlaeser?)

Please backport to 3.2.
