Enable rotational-symmetric geometries for the staggered/freeflow models

  • Add classes for face-related frontal/lateral scvfs and scvs so they can be modified through the traits
  • Make makeBoundaryFace a free function. This allows the scvf to be wrapped (as necessary for rotational-symmetric geometries)
  • Add rotational-symmetric stationary stokes pipe flow problem
