Feature/continuous master pipeline status

TODO:

• remove fake change to enforce creation of check-status job (i.e. change feature/continuous-master-pipeline-status to master in the rules)
• merge installation dependencies in the dumux-docker-ci project, as the changes introduced here require curl to be present in the containers
