Feature/port 2p to new spatialparmas

Most of the tests run through, but I got some warnings for the non-isothermal cases. I left these open since I thought it relies on the 2p2c/injection problem which Mathis changed and I wasn't sure how to handle this.

The setting of the temperature for the incompressible test can probably be done also more nicely.
