[fclocalassembler] Revise calculation of residuals

Kilian Weishaupt requested to merge fix/ffmomentum-assembly into master
  • Always calculate full residuals, not just related to fluxes
  • only considering fluxes would neglect changes of deflected dofs on source and boundary values
