[ci] temporary fix for conflicts with opm cmake setup

Adds a (temporary) fix for the python tests in the CI when opm is installed (OPM is not used in the python tests anywhere). A proper solution probably needs upstream changes, but until then, this seems to make the CI pass...

  • commits should be squashed upon merge
