This commit furthermore carries some improvements on the local cache updating that became apparent during the implementation of interior boundary handling.

Todo:

  • Interior boundary handling for 2d in 3d problems
  • Interior boundary handling for 3d problems
  • Interior boundary handling for methods other than the o-method (using the o-method on boundaries)
