[test][navierstokes] add iterative stokes solver to channel test

What this MR does / why does DuMux need it:

Adresses #1345 (closed). Adds an implementation of dirichletDofs helper for the fcstaggered discretization in the 2D-Channel test.

  • Consider moving helper functions to header, taking information from the Assembler
