[2pni] update reference solutions

Bernd Flemisch requested to merge fix/2pni-reference-solution into master

Differences to the 2.12 release were due to a change of boundary condition types and evaluation points. Synchronizing the settings leads to negligibly small differences between master and release. Keep the new setting and adapt the reference solutions.
