Created an example specifically to test this feature

Example 'only-model' created based on the 'analytical-function' to test Inference without a surrogate. Model-specific errors are resolved, and Engine.train_normal and .eval_metamodel are adapted to work without a given surrogate. There is a remaining error in BMC.calc_justifiability_analysis for use with and without surrogates.
