Feature/marginal def

Reduce the minimal code needed for defining and adding a marginal distribution to an input object.

Subtasks

• Rework Inputs.add_marginals() to take all properties of the Marginal class
• Add tests for this change
• Update the minimal example in the docs, and mention as option in the user guide
• Update Changelog
