Cleanup/remove deprecation warnings from exercises

@nedc I removed all warnings and moved the temperature to spatialparams. The most complicated for me were the coupled rans tests, that is why I assigned you for the MR. Could you please have a look if things still look good? There is no reference solution so I only checked if I still think they make sense.
