Removes the install script and rather instructs users to use the scripts provided in dumux. This way, we don't have to maintain and test yet another script. Moreover, the test_dumux.sh script is removed, since it is also deprecated in dumux (where it also exists), in favor of printing the test commands to the user upon installation.
