OPM/MMESH tests are not used

Since Oktober '23 (dumux!3693 (merged)) we switched to images that do not contain OPM/MMESH. Consequently the tests for OPM/MMESH were not executed on master since then. @mathis and I propose we will add OPM/MMESH to the dune-latest images. Since we will remove any 20.04 images anyway (#11 (closed)), we should change this in one go.
