The error where introduces by r11951 from zheng - a commit that does not
seem to be reviewed. Such a commit must be tested with make check and
make headercheck! Please.

Removed commented lines which were copied from the h2on2fluidsystem. The thermal conductivity of air is set constant so far and is only valid for a temperature of approximately 20°C. The same holds for the liquid thermal conductivity if the complex relations are not used. This should be generalized in a similar way as the h2on2fluidsystem in dependency on the fluid composition, temperature and pressure. Heat capacity is not implemented so far, but also not used in the standard models.

Using a mutable permeability tensor in the spatial parameters resulted
in wrong averaged permeabilities. Store permeabilities in a vector
instead, just like in test_diffusion.
