When the roots are very close together the inversion becomes ill-conditioned.
Exclude these cases from the random generation, test some corner cases
with close roots and decrease the tolerance for root comparison.

[test][math][invertCubicPoly] Increase tolerance. If fails try once with more iterations to increase precision.

Replace DUNE_UNUSED that is Dune specific.
Remove the attribute at one place where the variable
is used in the line after declaration.

[bugfix][monotonecubicspline] Enable increasing and decreasing values for both function and argument

- don't insert checkpoints at current time
- warn when dt set to 0 and not finished
