* shearstress is deprecated (it returned bottom shear stress normalized by negative density)
* new interface 'bottomShearStress' that returns the (positive) bottom shear stress in N/m^2
* introduce FluidSystem for shallow water models

Grid geometries constructed with a grid view are already initialized/updated
from now on. The update interface changed to require a grid view.
Remove duplicate updates and use new update interface with gridview.

For the test coverage report the test suite has to be run in debug mode to
get useful line annotations.

[cleanup] Remove obsolete setPreviousSolution. The solution is already passed in the assembler constructor now.
