This implementation should be replaced as soon as the new assembly is
available. For now, this tests if NewtonSolver supports the new grid
variables-based assembly.

* fix sporadically failing test by using unique names for dgf files

Replace DUNE_UNUSED that is Dune specific.
Remove the attribute at one place where the variable
is used in the line after declaration.
