So far, velocity output for the decoupled models has been restricted to
cubes. It now also works for simplices such as triangles and
tetrahedrons. For each element, it evaluates the Raviart-Thomas-0
interpolant of the fluxes in the barycenter.

reverted commit r13598 - if the pressure model is needed the changes should be recommited to a derived model, but not the onemodelproblem itself which does not know a pressure model in all cases

[3p3c] Removed permeability function in volumevariables and moved perm-output to problem file - so that the model gives no error when choosing anisotropic/tensor-valued permeabilities.

This changed order of output fields, so reference vtus where adjusted too

Without storing the geometry, the call
  const JacobianTransposed& jacT = eIt->geometry().jacobianTransposed()
effectively resulted in an all-zero matrix, once optimization >=-O1 is
turned on.

This is very disturbing, since such code might be in quite some places.
We have to investigate this thoroughly.

The patch allows using the multidomain models together with a UG library
that has been compiled for parallel usage. Most likely, the patch will
make its way to dune-grid and should not be needed anymore from
dune-grid 2.4.

The BackupRestoreFacility does not work with ALUGrid 1.52. It also does
not work with dune-alugrid in combination with Dumux due to
technicalities that are documented in FS#237.

Therefore, the restart with adaptive grids currently does only work with
ALUGrid 1.52, not with dune-alugrid.

This fixes a compilation error encountered with YaspGrid and the Dune
master. Since the return type of mappers has been generalized, an
implicit conversion to int does not happen anymore.
