[cleanup] set wPhaseIdx in mpnc volumevariables in fluidstate and get wPhaseIdx out of the fluidstate in the mp material laws. cleanup flash tests accordingly

[mpnc] rename 2padapter to mpadapter, use numPhases as template and specialize for 2 phases. Now spatialparams do not need adapter anymore. Adapt ncpflash and immiscibleflash to be able to use new adapter

and remove it from fluidsystem test

It was only used in the fluidsystem-test.

Also replace all calls to isLiquid by equivalent calls to isGas

move the calculation of enthalpy and viscosity to the volumevariables
and adapt the interphaces of the solve-methods

[components][simpleco2] remove simpleco2 as it is not used anywhere and can be replaced by C02.hh when the correct table is used

Fluid systems exported phase indices for wetting and nonwetting components. The fluid system
is not the right place to decide about wettability. This introduces wettingPhase() in the spatial
params which returns the index of the phase in the fluidsystem we consider the wetting phase.
This way wettability can change temporally and spatially.
Indices throughout the 2p/2p2c/2pnc nc and mpnc where renamed accordingly.
