changes to Dumux 2.12:
*NewtonEnableChop is not enabled
*Dirichlet conditions are set as in CClocalresidual
*harmonic mean for diffusion coefficient not arithmetic

This reverts merge request !607

the pressures, also some negligible differences in the results.

- mpnc diffusion: remove bug: the liquid phase diffusion was multiplied twice with the crossectional area: face().normal has already the magnitude of the area it is sitting on.
- actually enable the diffusion module for testing

Copy ccmodels/common (from devel) to implicit/cellcentered. Copy boxmodels/common/box*.hh to implicit/common/implicit*.hh. Move test/boxmodels to test/implicit. Adapt configure.ac and Makefile.ams. Everything still builds.

Sorry for that. This is now the new reference solution, calculated with
the increased linear solver residual reduction, and the new darcy 
velocity calculation.
Again: Old and new way of calculating velocities lead to *identical*
result files if the linear solver residual reduction is 1e-11 or less

- boxdarcyfluxvariables: access function to velocity without all the upstream weighting decisions . 

- boxdarcyfluxvariables: access function to velocity (Vector). 

- boxdarcyfluxvariables: upstream decision based on kGrdpNormal instead of velocity

- boxdarcyfluxvariables: (correctly) rename velocity to volume flux (also in the models that are already restructured)

- mpnc model & test: use the new velocity calculation

- update the reference solution (actually the change in the reference was due to a change in order of multiplication in the residual that could not be avoided). 

- increased the LinearSolver.ResidualReduction to 1e-11 (i.e. until the solution does not change any more)

- (the old velocity calculation and the new one give the identical result with LinearSolver.ResidualReductionsolver set to 1e-11 for both cases)
