Seperate the IntersectionEntity into a class in a detail namespace
that can be tested.

Added a specialization for a single geometry entity set to avoid
building a bounding box tree

and SingleGeometryEntitySet for GeometricEntitySet
with a fixed number of geometries.

Also add a unit test.
