Copied common files for model coupling from dumux-devel to dumux-stable and renamed them as discussed in the meeting today. The content has to be adapted (guardian macros, class names, includes, ...)

Removed commented lines which were copied from the h2on2fluidsystem. The thermal conductivity of air is set constant so far and is only valid for a temperature of approximately 20°C. The same holds for the liquid thermal conductivity if the complex relations are not used. This should be generalized in a similar way as the h2on2fluidsystem in dependency on the fluid composition, temperature and pressure. Heat capacity is not implemented so far, but also not used in the standard models.

IMPES with AMG test: fix the solution that is compared with the reference, consistent with the non-AMG test. Was not detected before, since it was only tested in parallel.

Using a mutable permeability tensor in the spatial parameters resulted
in wrong averaged permeabilities. Store permeabilities in a vector
instead, just like in test_diffusion.
