The library implements format which is conforming with std::format
which will be available with C++20. The library supports Python
style string formatting.

Opm-common changes some of the cmake variables
that are set by dune, e.g. HAVE_UMFPACK.
This should be fixed by these changes.

Tutorials will be replaced by examples in the future. The tutorials are continued
kept alive in the dumux-course repository.

Dune 2.5 is required anway.

Should even work when they stick to version 3.0, but
not vice versa.

* This requires at least Dune 2.4.1.
* GCC 4.8 does not match this requirement

The dumux test macro doesn't need to add flags anymore.

- All headers and source files are moved to the specfied include directory during installation.

- Existing CMakeLists.txt files were appended.
- CMakeLists.txt were added in folders that did not contain any CMakeLists.txt files but contain headers
- The installed version of dumux has been tested by Bernd with the dumux-lecture module

This prevents an error when running ctest and using
Dune master. The error remains for Dune 2.3.

Tests are no longer build when running ctest / make test.
They have to be explicitly built within the test folder
using "make all".
This fixes FS#263.

CTest: put the box CO2 test first and the restart test last. Since the latter depends on the completion of the former, this ensures that the former is in fact completed also in a mildly parallel testing environment.
