[facet][tracer] adapt reference sol to improved coupling flux computation

With !1659 (merged) the coupling fluxes in the box-facet-coupling scheme were improved. This causes the tracer test to fail, which is most probably due to the triangular grid used together with the previously inconsistent flux computation. This merge request updates the reference solutions.
