Feature/cylinder integration

Depends on !2178 (merged) to be merged first.

  • Add tool to integrate over cylindrical domain with lowest order formula by dividing the cylinder in small finite integration volumes
  • Add tool for elliptic cylinder and ellipse as well
  • Add a unit test for all tools (so far the only test for this feature) -> test_cylinderintegration
