[fix][md] Add Residual vector to Multidomain traits and fix multidomain convergence writer

• ResidualVector is added to the multidomain traits
• The MultiDomainNewtonConvergenceWriter is adapted such that SolutionVector type and the ResidualVector type are distinguished, as introduced in !3385 (merged).
