When the roots are very close together the inversion becomes ill-conditioned.
Exclude these cases from the random generation, test some corner cases
with close roots and decrease the tolerance for root comparison.

For the test coverage report the test suite has to be run in debug mode to get useful line annotations.

[2p][sequentical][mpfa] Remove forward declared LinearMaterialDefault and correct the pcSwCurveIsLinear

[test][math][invertCubicPoly] Increase tolerance. If fails try once with more iterations to increase precision.

On minimal setups where UMFPack/SuperLU are not installed, this test
fails as AMG then uses an iterative solver (as fallback) with a too soft
convergence criterion.
