Adding compositional adaptive module with mpfa on hanging nodes (as announced in last Dumux meeting). A test and reference is also provided.
The module is stable, but doxygen docu is still needing some improvement.

function gradients at the sub-control volume centers.
This is currently only needed for the stokes models and for the linear
elastic model. 
In boxfvelementgeometry the gradients at the sub-control volume centers
are now additionally evaluated for 3D and not only for 2D problems if
the property "EvalGradientsAtSCVCenter" is set to true.
By default "EvalGradientsAtSCVCenter" is set to false for all boxmodels
except for the stokes and the linear elastic models.

changed the fluidsystem in the forchheimer 1p test problem: us h2oairfluidsystem, in order to be able to specify water with constant properties. 

This way the forchheimer velocity can be analytically checked. 

-> updated reference solution

removed some (debugging???) code from the h2oairfluidsystem: For the case of incompressible water, the pressure was messed up.
