updated the version to 2.9, edited the quick installation guide and adapted the path to the models in the model descriptions.

Remaining "decoupled"s in the handbook were replaced by "sequential"

Adapted the new tutorial filenames in CMakelists.txt in order to make "make 0_dumux_handbook_pdf" work as before.

All relevant description were taken from the Handbook and added to/merged with
existing doxygen descriptions

Updated the sequential tutorial in the handbook.
Deleted the old solutions_(de)coupled folders. The previous commit added the new updated solutions.

A new table for the sequential tests' features was added.
Using <div style="width:70%;overflow:auto;"> limits the horizontal
extent of the html page. As the tables are very broad,
they now have a horizontal scrollbar. This improves the appearance of
the documentation on our weppage.
Maybe there is a smarter idea for this?

Updated the tutorial and its description in the handbook to use implicit instead of coupled and sequential instead of decoupled.

Updated the folder structure description and the installation instruction in the handbook.

added the new minimum compiler and cmake requirements

- Moved all general descriptions to doxygen.
- General descriptions were included in modules.txt
- New groups had to be added in modules.txt:
	-ConstraintSolver
	-EOS
	-ParameterCache

only the ni-base-model will be listed in the module list
ni-test-problems include docu from non-ni-base problem

The function definition requires brackets (). The function keyword
is unnecessary and results in less portable shell code, see:

In the section where the assembly of the linear system is explained,
the RHS of the linear system should be the residual r(u) and not the
primary variable u itself. It should read J(u)*x=r(u).
